Pattie Grimm has over 25 years of experience in leadership and team development. She brings her vast knowledge of leaders, team, and organizational effectiveness to each of her presentations and client engagements. Pattie ran her own change leadership and business transformation consulting firm for 12 years. She had multiple year client relationships with The Los Angeles Times, Mattel Toys, and Total Performance (Ultramar) Oil, Intel, HP, City of Costa Mesa Fire and Planning Departments, State of Washington and many others. Her company helped transform client businesses through strategic planning, business process re-design, leader and team development.
In 1998, Pattie joined Microsoft to help lead their transformation to a customer-centric and sales excellence company. During her time at Microsoft, Pattie worked on many projects to transform Microsoft to be world-class sales/service leaders and sales professionals. Pattie spent three years in the Asia Pacific Region, where she led the region’s customer and partner excellence team.
Pattie returned to the world of change leadership and management consulting in 2013 after leaving Microsoft. Her company helps companies “transform their business from the inside out.” Pattie speaks on change leadership. building a customer centric company, leadership, and team effectiveness.
